Liga Perdana Inggeris 2024–25 akan menjadi musim ke-33 Liga Perdana Inggeris serta musim ke-126 bola sepak Inggeris secara keseluruhan. Selaras dengan komitmen terdahulu yang dibuat daripada pasukan untuk menangani jadual yang padat sepanjang Krismas serta Tahun Baru, pengaturan akan dibuat untuk membolehkan lebih banyak masa untuk berehat sepanjang tiga pusingan perlawanan, tanpa pasukan yang bermain dalam tempoh 60 jam dari perlawanan lain. Pada 24 Disember 2024, tiada perlawanan secara langsung. Perlawanan akan ditetapkan untuk dikeluarkan pada 18 Jun, jam 4 petang waktu Malaysia. [1] [2] [3] Musim 2024–25 akan terdiri daripada 33 pusingan hujung minggu, 4 pusingan minggu pertengahan dan sepusingan minggu perlawanan cuti.

Jendela perpindahan musim panas akan dibuka pada hari Jumaat 14 Jun 2024 dan akan ditutup pada 23:00 BST pada hari Jumaat 30 Ogos 2024. Sementara itu, jendela musim sejuk akan dibuka pada hari Rabu 1 Januari 2025 dan akan ditutup pada 23:00 GMT pada hari Isnin 3 Februari 2025 .

Musim ini akan menjadi liga yang pertama menggunakan teknologi ofsaid separa automatik, atas persetujuan daripada pasukan Liga Perdana. Teknologi ini akan disediakan untuk diperkenalkan selepas satu daripada rehat antarabangsa musim luruh. [4]

Manchester City adalah juara Liga Perdana Inggeris berturut-turut sebanyak empat kali.

Pemergian pengurusan pertama musim ini berlaku pada 28 Oktober 2024, apabila Manchester United memecat Erik ten Hag berikutan kekalahan 2–1 kepada West Ham United. Kelab itu menduduki tempat ke-14 selepas 9 perlawanan, setelah mengalami kekalahan ke-4 musim ini.[5] Ruben Amorim diumumkan sebagai penggantinya pada 1 November dan mengambil alih tugas pada 11 November.[6]

Juara bertahan Manchester City mengalami empat kekalahan liga berturut-turut, rekor terburuk mereka sejak 2008, sebagai sebahagian daripada tujuh perlawanan tanpa kemenangan dalam semua pertandingan, termasuk kekalahan 0–4 di tempat sendiri kepada Tottenham Hotspur pada 23 November 2024.

Pemergian kedua pengurusan berlaku pada 24 November, apabila Leicester City memecat Steve Cooper berikutan kekalahan 1–2 di tempat sendiri kepada Chelsea. Kelab itu berada di tempat ke-16 pada masa itu dan 1 mata di atas zon penyingkiran, setelah mengalami kekalahan keenam musim ini dan hanya 2 kemenangan daripada 12 perlawanan.[7] Pada 29 November 2024, Leicester City mengumumkan pelantikan Ruud van Nistelrooy dengan perjanjian tiga tahun.[8]

Pada 7 Disember 2024, perlawanan antara Everton dan Liverpool telah ditangguhkan kerana keadaan cuaca buruk akibat Ribut Darragh.[9]

Pada 15 Disember 2024, Wolverhampton Wanderers memecat ketua jurulatih Gary O’Neil berikutan kekalahan 1–2 di tempat sendiri kepada Ipswich Town. Ia adalah kekalahan ke-11 mereka dalam 16 perlawanan; kelab itu menduduki tempat ke-19, empat mata daripada keselamatan, setelah mencatatkan hanya dua kemenangan.[10] Pada hari yang sama, Southampton memecat Russell Martin selepas kekalahan 0–5 di tempat sendiri kepada Tottenham Hotspur.[11]

20 pasukan akan bersaingan dalam liga iaitu 17 pasukan teratas dari musim sebelumnya dan 3 pasukan yang dinaikkan daripada Liga Kejohanan. Sehingga 4 Mei 2024, 16 daripada 17 pasukan yang kembali dari musim sebelumnya telah disahkan. Manakala pasukan yang dinaikkan setakat ini adalah Leicester City, Ipswich Town, dan Southampton. Leicester City dan Southampton kembali ke senarai teratas setelah tiada dalam liga dalam masa setahun manakala Ipswich Town selama 22 tahun. Mereka yang akan menggantikan Luton Town, Sheffield United dan Burnley, yang akan disingkir ke Liga Kejohanan selepas setahun di Liga Perdana Inggeris.

Football league season

The 2024–25 La Liga, also known as LALIGA EA SPORTS[1][2] due to sponsorship reasons, is the 94th season of La Liga, Spain's premier football competition. It commenced on 15 August 2024 and is scheduled to conclude on 25 May 2025. Real Madrid are the defending champions, having won their 36th title the previous season. The fixture schedule was announced on 18 June 2024.[3]

A total of twenty teams contest the league, including seventeen sides from the 2023–24 season and three promoted from the 2023–24 Segunda División. This includes the two top teams from the Segunda División, and the winners of the promotion play-offs.

The first team to be relegated from La Liga were Almería, after a 1–3 loss to Getafe on 27 April 2024, ending their two-year stay in top tier. The second team to be relegated was Granada, following Mallorca’s 1–0 win against Las Palmas, suffering immediate relegation. The third and final team relegated to Segunda was Cádiz, after a 0–0 draw against Las Palmas on 19 May 2024, ending their four-year stay in the top tier.

On 26 May 2024, Valladolid became the first side to mathematically be automatically promoted, assured of a return to the top flight following a 3–2 win against Villarreal B, thus returning after a single season absence.[4] The second and final team to earn automatic promotion was Leganés, following a 2–0 win against Elche on 2 June 2024, thus returning after a four-season absence and also being promoted to the top flight for the second time in their history.[5] The third and final team to be promoted was Espanyol, following their win against Oviedo in the promotion play-off final, returning to the top flight after only a single season.[6][7]

Starting from this season, Liga Indonesia Baru announced an increase in the foreign player quota to eight foreign players. However, every clubs can only register up to six of them on starting eleven for a single matchday squad and the other two can only come in to replace other foreign players.[2]

Football league season

The 2024–25 Liga 1 (also known as the 2024–25 BRI Liga 1 for sponsorship reasons)[2] is the 8th season of Liga 1 under its current name and the 15th season of the Association football, the top Indonesian football league since its establishment in 2008. This season will be the first to use Video Assistant Referee (VAR) in the history of Indonesian football league.[3][4]

The summer transfer window opened on Wednesday 12 June 2024 and will close on Tuesday 3 September 2024. Meanwhile, the winter window will open on Thursday 19 December 2024 and will close on Wednesday 15 January 2025.

Persib were the defending champions after defeating Madura United 6–1 on aggregate in the Championship Series final previous season.[5]

18 teams will compete in the league – the fifteen teams from the previous season and three teams promoted from the Liga 2.[6]

The first team to be relegated were Persikabo 1973 after losing 5–2 to Persik in an away match on 28 March 2024, ending their seven-years (previously as PS TNI) in the top division.[7]

The second team to be relegated were Bhayangkara Presisi. Their rescue mission went short in Matchday 32 as relegation contender, Persita drew 1–1 against Persik. The result ensured Bhayangkara Presisi to be unable to break out of relegation. Their fate was sealed further after a 1–2 loss in their own match of the fixture against Bali United on 20 April 2024 and this result ended their seven-years in the top division.[8]

The third and final team to be relegated were RANS Nusantara after losing 3–2 to PSM in an away match on 30 April 2024, ending their two-years in the top division.[9]

The first two teams to earn promotion from Liga 2 were PSBS and Semen Padang, who were qualified to final round on 29 February 2024. PSBS defeated Persiraja 5–1 on aggregate and this was its first promotion to the top division,[10] while Semen Padang defeated Malut United 2–1 on aggregate and returned to top division after five-years absence.[11]

Malut United was the last to be promoted after defeating Persiraja on 3–2 aggregate at promotion play-off which was held on 9 March 2024.[12] Just like PSBS, this is the first time Malut United will compete in the top division.

Dual citizenship/heritage players

This season, one foreign referee will be assigned to officiate a Liga 1 match every month (each referee will be assigned to officiate 3 to 4 matches).

Dual citizenship/heritage players

A total of 26 teams were drawn into 3 groups of nine or eight teams based on the geographical location of their homebase. The regular round will be played in home-and-away round-robin matches.

La Liga 2024–25, còn được gọi là LALIGA EA SPORTS[2][3] vì lý do tài trợ, là mùa giải thứ 94 của La Liga, giải đấu bóng đá hàng đầu của Tây Ban Nha. Giải đấu bắt đầu vào ngày 15 tháng 8 năm 2024 và dự kiến ​​kết thúc vào ngày 25 tháng 5 năm 2025. Lịch thi đấu đã được công bố vào ngày 18 tháng 6 năm 2024.[4]
